What happened

A proposed grading policy was presented to the board on May 11, 2026 and taken to a vote on June 8, 2026. The proposal came back as "Proposed Grading Policy & Regulations" on July 27, 2026 and again as "Revised Grading Policy & Regulations" on August 10, 2026, so the rules were still being reworked as the new school year began.

Why it matters to families

A grading policy decides how much homework counts, whether late work is accepted, whether a student can retake a test, and how a final grade is worked out. It is the rule that turns a student's daily work into a report card.
